Falls Prevention and Intervention Program

Grey Bruce Fall Prevention and Intervention Program

The Grey Bruce Fall Prevention and Intervention Program is designed to address the needs of the community and older adults at various risk levels of falling. The Grey Bruce Fall Prevention and Intervention program committee includes partners from across the continuum of care.

The Staying on Your Feet is a locally created guide that healthcare providers and older adults can use to identify what puts you at risk for falls, learn how to prevent falls and find resources.
